​​After five years of working in the German energy sector, Büşra Ekincioğlu was driven by the desire to build something of her own — a company that stands for innovative energy consulting while strengthening German-Turkish economic relations.

That same year, her vision became reality: Ekincioğlu Energy was founded in Istanbul. Since then, Büşra Ekincioğlu has successfully led numerous projects, particularly with Turkish companies operating in Germany, building cross-border partnerships that deliver long-term impact. Ekincioğlu Energy combines deep industry expertise with intercultural understanding — creating tailored energy solutions that make a real difference.
